Putting Green Model #312 is the perfect DreamGreen ™ Putting Green to own when you want all the features of a 12 foot green, but you have some space challenges. It measures 3' by 12' - 36 square feet, has 6 break stations - 3 along each side of the green - and each end will elevate. These features allow model #312 to have up to 50,000 possible combinations of breaks and up and downhill putts! Model 312 is a very popular model with lots of features in a fairly compact size that will fit in many rooms.
Pictured above is a Standard Putting Green Model 312, which is made of natural ash. We can custom stain the ash to match almost any decor.; Custom models are usually made of either solid Cherry or solid Walnut. If you have a favorite wood, or want a one-of-a-kind DreamGreen ™, yours can be made from your choice of domestic and imported exotic hardwoods. We will be happy to work with you to create a special piece. Custom units are priced according to the types of woods used. Features and construction on all models are the same.

Included
Putting Green Model #312 has one cup, and comes with one flag, one sidestep and a matching PR4 putter rack. Options include an extra sidestep to accomodate right or left handed players more easily, or you can upgrade to a PR7 putter rack to display and organize up to 7 putters. Notice on the photo, there is a circle around the cup and a series of decals. The DreamGreen ™ copyrighted scoring system lets you play a 9 hole par 36 round of golf with up to 7 family members and friends, allowing a total of up to 8 players. Each model 312 comes with a laminated "Rules of the Game" and Scorecard.
Packaging and Shipping
Putting Green Model #312 is broken down into three, 3 ft. by 4 ft. sections, packaged in heavy corrugated and banded to a skid. Each section weighs about 65 lbs., and total shipping weight, including all components, packaging and skid, is about 300 lbs.. It is shipped to any Continental U.S. destination via common carrier. Overseas shipments are via Air. The only tool required is a standard phillips head screw driver for installing two screws. The sections fit together easily with door hinge pins. Once you have read the instructions and assembled your DreamGreen™ the first time (about 30 min.), if you decide to move it to another location, it will take only about 5 minutes to disassemble and 5 minutes to reassemble the green in the new location.
