Terms and Conditions

All Orders

A 50% depoist is required to confirm your order, with the balance payable one (1) week prior to shipping.

US & Canadian Orders

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. For the convenience of our clients in the USA and Canada, we are happy to accept Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Gold and Silver are also accepted forms of payment. All orders are subject to tax where applicable.

International Orders

All orders received from or shipped to any destination outside the USA or Canada must be paid in full via bank wire transfer of funds prior to shipping. As noted above, all prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Shipping

For in-stock items, allow 2-3 weeks. Please inquire as to current shipping times for all other items. F.O.B.Shipping point is Duffy Golf, Inc. warehouse in Scottsdale, AZ. Putting greens are packaged on a skid and shipped via common carrier. Accessory orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Transportation charges will be added to your invoice unless other arrangements have been made.

Claims

Orders are packaged for safe shipment and are accepted as such by the shipper when they leave our facility. Inspect upon receipt. If you receive damaged shipping materials or product, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Notify us if there is a discrepancy with your order.

Returns

Merchandise may NOT be returned without our written authorization. With authorization, product must be returned safely packaged in original packaging within 10 days of receipt, freight prepaid. There will be a 20% restocking charge. All returns are subject to inspection before credit is authorized. Credit will be applied to your account or a check will be mailed to you. Custom and personalized orders may NOT be returned. We are confident that you will be very pleased with our products, but if you are ever dissatisfied, please give us a call. We are eager to assist you and correct any error we may have made.

Cancellations

Orders which are confirmed with a deposit and then later cancelled for any reason will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
